How can I place an order on noitriko.com?

After you add all the products you want to buy in the cart, click the "Payment" button in the upper right corner to go to the cart. In the following page, complete the delivery address form.

 

Select the desired method of payment and fill out the required information. Finally, click on the "Complete Order" button. Your order is on its way!



How can I track my order if I do not have an account?

After you placed an order, you will got an e mail from us about the confirmation. And after we maket he shipment we immediatelly contact with you through your mobile number and let you know about your tracking number.


Can I add, remove or change products in my order after I have placed them?

How can I learn about the status of my order?
By logging into your account, you can check all the detail of your current orders by clicking on the user name in the top right corner of the screen. The tracking information will be sent to you by mobile through whatsapp, after the order is shipped.

My order came defective or not as requested. What should I do?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. However, we suggest you to create an account, to place your order faster, and to be able to track it on our website, as well as to get the latest news and discount campaigns on noitriko.com store.


How can I make sure that the product I chose is in stock?
The size of “out-of-stock” product will appear as crossed, so you will not be able to add to cart but instead you can add your email address in the “NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE” section.


What is "my cart"? How do I use it?


My Cart is a page that you can easily reach from the top right corner of the main page and you will use it frequently when you shop on our site. On this screen you can:

- You can add the products you like when you browse the product pages by using the "Add to Cart" button.

How do I know if the discount or the gift code I have is applied?
After you apply the discount code in the Check-out section, you can make sure if the code is applied to the total amount.

Unless otherwise stated, you can use a discount code for any order.

Can i make the payment in Turkish Lira?

Sorry, If you are making the order from another country, you need to choose Dollar as a payment method.
Our system is not allowed to take the payment in Turkish Lira unless you are in Turkey.

Is my payment data secure?

Noitriko.com has no access to your credit card information. We work with the world's leading payment providers, and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT


How soon will my orders be shipped?
Orders placed until 16:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. If we do not have the product in our headquarter stocks and we need transport from our stores it may take a few days to ship. After we ship, normally it takes approx. 4-5 days to deliver to your door with TNT or FEDEX.

What is the shipment fee?
If you 200$, shipping cots will be 33$, more than 200$ shipping cost is total 50$. We do not take mor efor more order. For example: if you order 10 pieces in one time we only charge 50$ total. So it decreases shipping costs on each item.

Where is my shipment?

Which cargo company do you work with?

We work with TNT and FEDEX for outside Turkey.


What happens if I am not at the delivery address when the cargo arrives?
It is up to how Cargo Companies work in your country. But mostly they leave you a note to pick up the goods from the nearest bracnh.


Can I pick up my cargo from the branch?

Yes, you can. All you need is the cargo tracking number Then, you can contact the shipping company and tell them you want to receive the delivery from the branch.


Can the products I buy at different times be sent in the same package?

You need to contact us as soon as possible…If you contact us from the sipment. We can make it in the same package and return your balance for one time.


RETURN, CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

How does the product return procedure work?
Sorry we do not have returns from outside Turkey.


Which products can I return?
Only damged. Wrong items can be returned by paying the returning amount of the shipment by the customer.

For defected products or incomplete shipments, your discount code is reusable. If there is no defect in your products and you are using the right of legal withdrawal, the discount coupon is not refunded.
